Basics
What is a Bloom Bar?
A Bloom Bar is a styled flower cart we bring to your event. Guests choose their own stems, and we help them wrap a bouquet to take home.
How does it work at my event?
We set up before your guests arrive. Guests walk up, pick their blooms and greenery, and our attendant helps them trim, arrange, and wrap. Then we pack up when it is over.
What is included with a Bloom Bar?
A styled, fully stocked flower display, an attendant to guide guests, wrapping supplies and ribbon, plus setup and teardown. Your quote lists everything for your event.
What kinds of events do you serve?
Weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, bachelorettes, and corporate or client events. If you are celebrating something else, ask us.
Where do you serve?
St. Louis and the Metro East. If your venue is just outside that area, send us the details and we will let you know.
Do my guests need any flower experience?
No. Guests only need to choose what they like. Our attendant is there to help every step of the way.
What do guests take home?
Each guest leaves with a bouquet they made themselves, wrapped and ready to carry.
Is a Bloom Bar good for all ages?
Yes, it works for guests of every age. Younger guests may want a little help from the attendant, and we are happy to give it.
Carts & pricing
What cart options do you have?
We have three carts: The Magnolia, our custom-built Bloom Bar cart; The Blossom, our metal cart; and The Bud, our smallest cart.
How much does a Bloom Bar cost?
Carts start at $300 for The Bud, $500 for The Blossom, and $750 for The Magnolia. Your final quote depends on your date, guest count, and cart.
What is the difference between The Magnolia, The Blossom, and The Bud?
The Magnolia is our showpiece with a styled awning and the fullest display. The Blossom is a clean, modern metal cart that suits most venues. The Bud is our smallest cart for tight spaces and intimate gatherings.
Which cart should I choose?
Think about your guest count, your venue space, and the look you want. Tell us about your event and we will recommend the best fit.
What affects my final quote?
Your event date, the number of guests, the cart you choose, and your venue. We confirm everything in writing before you book.
Can I see the carts before I book?
You can see photos of past events in our gallery. We are also happy to talk through each cart on your discovery call.
Can the flowers and cart match my event colors?
Yes. Share your palette with us and we stock the cart to match.
Can I add custom touches like signage or names?
Tell us what you have in mind and we will let you know what is possible for your cart and event.

Flowers & guests
What flowers will be on the cart?
A mix of fresh blooms, greenery, and fillers chosen to match your palette. The exact stems depend on the season and availability.
Are the flowers fresh?
Yes. We stock the cart with fresh-cut flowers for your event.
How many stems does each guest get?
We set the number of stems per guest with you based on your guest count and quote, so there is enough for everyone.
How many guests can a Bloom Bar serve?
It depends on your cart and how long the Bloom Bar runs. We will recommend the right setup on your discovery call.
Can I request specific flowers or colors?
Yes. We will do our best to match your requests and tell you what is in season and available.
Can guests with allergies still take part?
Let us know about any allergies or scent sensitivities ahead of time and we will plan the stems and greenery around them.
What if a guest has never wrapped a bouquet?
That is what the attendant is for. We show each guest how to trim, arrange, and wrap, so every bouquet comes out well.
Can I get extra stems or bouquets for tables and decor?
Ask us. If you want more florals for your event, we can talk through options.

Who runs the cart during my event?

Can the Bloom Bar be outdoors?

What if the weather turns bad?
We plan for weather together ahead of time. Tell us if your event is outdoors and whether your venue has a covered backup.
How long does the Bloom Bar run during my event?
You choose a window that fits your schedule, such as a cocktail hour or a shower. We set the timing together.
Do I need to do anything on the day?
