Inquiries and quotes
Sending an inquiry or booking a discovery call does not reserve a date or create a contract. Prices shown, such as "starting at" amounts for our carts, are starting points. Your final quote depends on your date, guest count, cart, and venue, and is confirmed in writing.
Booking and payment
An event is booked only when you sign our written service agreement and pay the deposit it requires. Payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in that agreement. If it conflicts with these website terms, the agreement controls for your event.
Flowers and availability
Flowers are natural, seasonal products. We will match your palette and requests as closely as we can, but specific varieties, colors, and quantities may vary with availability. We may substitute similar stems of equal or greater quality.
Event day
You are responsible for giving us accurate venue details, access for setup and teardown, and any information about allergies or sensitivities among your guests. Guests, including children, take part at their own risk and should be supervised by their own adults. We are not responsible for allergic reactions where we were not told about an allergy in advance.
